Sworn and Authorized Translator is a person who has passed a UKP (Translator Qualification Examination) qualification by the Government of the Republic of Indonesia and certified entitled to an Official and Sworn Translator certificate. The translator is sworn by the Governor or a trusted official who is appointed to take the oath.

Sworn translator is assured to translate documents in accordance with its original contents of document by affixing their signatures, seal and stamp on the translation.
